SHIPPING

All our products are shipped and delivered by well-known companies across the United States such as UPS, USPS, and Fedex.

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

Red Oil, Sofasco Oil, and Oil-O-Sol orders are shipped from our Asheboro NC facility by USPS, UPS, or Fedex in 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) except for supplements which could take 1-2 weeks in extreme cases. Shipping fees are based on carrier calculated shipping rates based on order weight and destination zip code. Please review usps.com and ups.com for more information.

All supplements ship from our Arvada, CO facility by USPS. Most orders are processed in 2 business days or less in most cases and ship by ground transportation in 2-5 days unless otherwise specified. In extreme circumstances orders could take 1-2 weeks to process. The shipping charges are as listed:

• 0.76–1 lb: $8.50 (Regular), $11.00 (Express).
• 1.01–2 lbs: $10.00 (Regular), $13.00 (Express).
• 2.01–3 lbs: $12.00 (Regular), $15.00 (Express).
• Additional Pound: +$2.00 (Regular), +$4.00 (Express).

We pack every single order, we use strong boxes with internal protection to guarantee safety through the shipping process.

If you received a tracking number via email, it means that your order has been processed and shipped to the distribution facility. As soon as your tracking information changes from "On Its Way" to "In Transit", it only takes about 2-5 business days to arrive for Shipping.

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 1 day of placing your order at admin@sofasco.net
